Since its establishment in 2002, our group company has traversed nearly two decades of ups and downs. Throughout these years of arduous development, we have received the unwavering support and goodwill of all our stakeholders. In line with the Group’s overall strategic development plan, on October 13, 2020, with approval from the Administrative Approval Bureau of Guangzong County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, the former “Hebei Dongfeng Shijing Formwork Co., Ltd.” was officially renamed “Hebei Dongfeng Shijing Rail Transit Co., Ltd.”
With regard to this corporate name change, the Company hereby undertakes:
1. This change involves only the company name; the unified social credit code, legal representative, bank of account, contact telephone number, and fax number will remain unchanged.
2. The change of the company name shall not affect the Company’s existing rights and obligations; all business contracts, agreements, and other legal documents previously entered into by Hebei Dongfeng Shijing Formwork Co., Ltd. shall be legally succeeded by Hebei Dongfeng Shijing Rail Transit Co., Ltd.
