      The Shijiazhuang–Xiong’an New Area Railway, a key project for integrated transportation in the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region, is being accelerated. Dongfeng Shijing Leveraging advanced construction technologies and extensive project experience, we have been deeply involved in the construction of the Shixiong Railway, achieving technological breakthroughs in key areas such as precasting of railway box girders, optimization of sharp corners into rounded corners, end-detail treatment, hydraulic end-formwork systems, automated formwork removal, and chamfering processes—thereby setting a new benchmark for high-speed rail construction!

Route Overview: The line has a total length of approximately 161.48 kilometers and is designed for speeds of 350 kilometers per hour. Upon completion, travel time between Shijiazhuang and the Xiong’an New Area will be reduced to under one hour.

Strategic Significance: Strengthen Xiong’an New Area’s status as a transportation hub and promote the deep integration of the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei urban agglomeration. 。

During the construction of the Shixiong Railway, Dongfeng Shijing has focused on the core process of precasting box girders and leveraged multiple technological innovations to enhance project quality and efficiency:

1. Prefabrication of Railway Box Girders: A Dual Breakthrough in Precision and Efficiency

  Intelligent Hydraulic End-Form System: Utilizes high-precision hydraulic control to achieve rapid positioning and locking of the end form, reducing manual adjustment errors and enhancing the compactness of the box-girder end.

Automated formwork removal technology: Utilizes automated robotic arms to dismantle formwork, reducing labor costs and enhancing construction safety.

2. Rectangular-to- Rounded Corner Optimization: Enhancing Structural Durability

🔧 Drawbacks of traditional right-angle joints: stress concentration easily leads to concrete cracking, thereby reducing the service life of box girders.

🔧 Dongfeng Shijing Solution: Optimize the formwork design by transitioning the inner corners of the box girder to rounded transitions, significantly reducing stress concentrations and enhancing the structure’s crack resistance.

3. Fine-tuned treatment of end details: Eliminate common quality defects

  End-connection reinforcement technique: multi-layer fiber fabric reinforcement is employed to prevent grout leakage and honeycombing during concrete placement.

  Chamfering process application: Adding a chamfered design at the ends of box girders to optimize stress distribution and extend service life.

4. Green Construction and Intelligent Management

Environmental Protection Measures: Employ low-noise equipment and a recirculating water curing system to minimize the environmental impact of construction.

Digital Monitoring: Leveraging BIM and IoT technologies to monitor the entire precast box-girder production process in real time, ensuring quality is under control.
