1. Prefabrication of Railway Box Girders: A Dual Breakthrough in Precision and Efficiency
√ Intelligent Hydraulic End-Form System: Utilizes high-precision hydraulic control to achieve rapid positioning and locking of the end form, reducing manual adjustment errors and enhancing the compactness of the box-girder end.
√ Automated formwork removal technology: Utilizes automated robotic arms to dismantle formwork, reducing labor costs and enhancing construction safety.
2. Rectangular-to- Rounded Corner Optimization: Enhancing Structural Durability
🔧 Drawbacks of traditional right-angle joints: stress concentration easily leads to concrete cracking, thereby reducing the service life of box girders.
🔧 Dongfeng Shijing Solution: Optimize the formwork design by transitioning the inner corners of the box girder to rounded transitions, significantly reducing stress concentrations and enhancing the structure’s crack resistance.
3. Fine-tuned treatment of end details: Eliminate common quality defects
