Employing CNC positioning and modular assembly, rebar spacing errors are controlled to within millimeters, and tying productivity is improved by 40%, firmly establishing the beam’s “steel backbone.”

After concrete placement, intelligent temperature‑controlled curing is carried out directly within the formwork, effectively preventing early-age cracking, significantly reducing demolding time, and markedly increasing mold turnover rates.

It replaces traditional coal-fired boilers, achieving an energy efficiency ratio of 1:3 or higher. With zero emissions throughout the entire process and a separation of water and electricity, it both safeguards Hangzhou’s pristine green landscapes and ensures production safety.

By employing high-frequency oscillation to generate micron‑scale mist, it achieves comprehensive, dead‑angle‑free moisture retention across the entire cross‑section of the beam. Compared with conventional spray‑irrigation systems, it saves 90% of water and completely eliminates drying‑shrinkage cracks.
