Recently, the smart precast girder yard developed by Hebei Dongfeng Shijing Rail Co., Ltd. was successfully commissioned on the Hangzhou section of the Hangchun–Kaiyang Expressway. Employing CNC positioning and modular assembly, rebar spacing errors are controlled to within millimeters, and tying productivity is improved by 40%, firmly establishing the beam’s “steel backbone.”

After concrete placement, intelligent temperature‑controlled curing is carried out directly within the formwork, effectively preventing early-age cracking, significantly reducing demolding time, and markedly increasing mold turnover rates.
