Combination stand introduction
Combined vertical form is a special equipment used to vertically produce different sizes, single-layer, large-area concrete components. The equipment has a compact structure, which greatly reduces the floor space of the production workshop. The combined vertical form is composed of multiple sets of compartments, and multiple concrete members can be poured in between the compartments at the same time. The number of compartments determines the number of pouring grids, which can be flexibly adjusted according to the required capacity. The compartments of the combined vertical mould can be pulled apart to facilitate demoulding, lifting steel bars and other operations. Each compartment is equipped with a hydraulic pulling device, and the grouped compartments are tightened together during the production process. The vibrator on the partition wall vibrates and compacts the newly poured concrete. The combined vertical mold can customize the size of the template and the number of compartments; whether it is a single-group vertical mold or a multi-group vertical mold, you can also choose.
