Method for Manufacturing a Waterproof Board Hanging Cart Capable of Handling Multiple Cross-Section Types

Oct 02,2021

This utility model relates to the field of construction machinery and equipment, specifically a waterproof board hanging trolley that can be used with multiple tunnel cross-sections. At present, most tunnel waterproof board hanging trolleys are assembled on-site by workers using I-beams and channel sections. However, such site-assembled trolleys are limited to a single tunnel section. If the tunnel cross-section changes during construction or if multiple tunnels need to be constructed concurrently, it becomes necessary to purchase and reassemble a different type of waterproof board hanging trolley.

This utility model relates to the technical field of construction machinery equipment, particularly a device that can be used with multiple cross-sectional configurations. Waterproof Board Hanging Cart At present, tunnel waterproofing-board hanging trolleys are mostly fabricated on-site by workers using I-beams and channel sections. However, such field-assembled trolleys can only be used for a single tunnel section. If the tunnel cross-section changes during construction or if multiple tunnels need to be constructed concurrently, it becomes necessary to procure and reassemble a different type of waterproofing-board hanging trolley. Yet tunnel construction is typically carried out on-site; whether manufacturing on-site or procuring new trolleys, constraints such as limited space, constrained technology, and scarce materials are inevitable. This undoubtedly increases construction costs and delays the project schedule.

 Waterproof Board Hanging Cart

The present utility model is intended to address at least one technical problem in the prior art. Accordingly, the present utility model provides a device with multiple cross-sectional configurations. Waterproof Board Hanging Cart This design can meet the construction requirements of tunnels with different cross-sectional shapes, thereby expanding the application scope of the waterproof membrane hanging trolley. The trolley is capable of accommodating multiple types of structural profiles and comprises a main gantry frame and an auxiliary gantry frame. The main frame includes foundation beams and a main portal frame; at least two foundation beams are arranged in parallel, with the main portal frame erected on these beams and equipped with a main work platform. The foundation beams are fitted with a first drive mechanism for controlling their vertical movement. The auxiliary portal frame consists of an auxiliary portal frame and a second drive mechanism; the auxiliary portal frame is vertically mounted on the main portal frame and is capable of rising and falling, with an auxiliary work platform installed thereon. The second drive mechanism is mounted at the base of the auxiliary portal frame to drive its vertical movement. Both the main work platform and the auxiliary work platform of the trolley provide standing space for workers and facilitate the handling of waterproof membranes, enabling workers to install the membranes onto the tunnel lining via these platforms. The second drive mechanism is implemented as a second hydraulic cylinder, whose fixed end is securely mounted on the uprights of the main portal frame, while its extending/retracting rod is rigidly connected to the uprights of the auxiliary portal frame, thereby driving the latter to move vertically upward or retract downward. Guide slots are provided on the uprights of the main portal frame, allowing the uprights of the auxiliary portal frame to slide up and down within these slots. Along the longitudinal direction of the guide slots, the trolley is equipped with first mounting holes. Both the main work platform and the auxiliary work platform of the trolley incorporate telescopic plates that can extend toward and retract from the tunnel wall; furthermore, the auxiliary work platform is hinged on the outer side of the auxiliary portal frame’s uprights, allowing it to pivot upward. The third drive mechanism is implemented as a third hydraulic cylinder, with a base at its lower end; the driving end of this mechanism is hinged to the base. Waterproof Board Hanging Cart The fixed end of the third drive unit is fitted with a protective sleeve; the upper end of the protective sleeve for the waterproof-board hanging trolley is rigidly connected to the drive end of the first drive unit; and the lower end of the protective sleeve is slidably mounted on the base from left to right.

In summary, the invention provides at least the following beneficial effects: the main door frame is vertically mounted on two parallel foundation beams, and a main worktable is provided on the main door frame. A first drive mechanism is configured to raise or lower the foundation beams, thereby driving the main door frame—and consequently the main worktable—to move up or down. An auxiliary door frame is vertically mounted on the main door frame, with an auxiliary worktable installed thereon; a second drive mechanism is provided to raise or lower the auxiliary door frame. In addition, a third drive mechanism is included to adjust the position of the trolley from left to right, enabling the trolley to quickly achieve equilibrium.
