Hebei Dongfeng Shijing Rail Co., Ltd. has thoroughly implemented the Group’s requirements for team-building, comprehensively advanced team-building to a higher level, and fostered a positive work environment characterized by a commitment to learning, skill development, innovation, and performance-based competition. This effort has enabled the company to cultivate a pool of outstanding team-management talent and to elevate the overall competence of frontline employees. Over the course of more than two months of inspection and evaluation activities, a strong team-building atmosphere has taken root throughout the workshops. Team members have demonstrated marked improvements in product quality, personal conduct and professional demeanor, and the cleanliness and orderliness of the production-floor environment, while a number of exceptional workshop-level production managers have also emerged. Awards were presented to the outstanding teams.

In order to further strengthen team-building management in the production workshops, enhance the capabilities and quality of work teams, conduct a comprehensive evaluation of team performance, and ensure the achievement of the company’s business objectives, it has recently been decided, based on the selection plan for outstanding teams in each workshop and the comprehensive assessment by departmental leaders, to recognize the outstanding teams of the Bridge Formwork and CRCC workshops for May 2019: It is hereby decided to… Xia Yanhui, Li Jianqiang, Deng Yunfeng, Cao Pingguang, Dong Jiandong, Wei Qingbao The above six outstanding teams were awarded the “Flying Red Flag,” and the Logistics Supplies Department was recognized as an “Outstanding Unit for the Flying Red Flag” and received a reward.
