Dongfeng Shijing Partners with China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group to Support the Navigation Intercity Railway

Successfully erected the 35-meter-long, most challenging railway girder of 2017. The Hangzhou–Haining Intercity Railway, stretching approximately 48 kilometers from Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province to Haining, utilizes precast box girders for its entire onshore section. The Second Company of China Bridge Engineering Bureau’s Haining Yanguan Girder Yard is responsible for prefabricating more than 600 box girders, employing fully hydraulic, automated demolding formwork that was entirely designed, manufactured, and installed by our company.

Beam Type Characteristics “Short,” “fat,” “crooked,” “middle-aged and pulling,” “mixed”

short —The girder type is the lowest, with a clear height at the end of only 2 Rice, hydraulic internal mold inlet and outlet less than 1 Rice.

Fat — Liang Kuan 10.6 Rice.

Bend —The vast majority are curved beams.

China-Latin America —Inside the girder, staggered tensioning gear blocks are designed to correspond to both ends, resulting in a complex internal structure.

Miscellaneous —The curved girders each have a different radius, with radii further differentiated between the left and right spans, and their lengths also vary.
