The company boasts strong technical capabilities, with a team of highly qualified professionals and an R&D workforce totaling more than 380 employees, including over 40 mid- and senior-level technical personnel. Over nearly two decades of development, the company has obtained dozens of national patents, covering innovations such as the “Fifth-Generation Prestressed Prefabricated Truss Self-Balancing Testing Stand,” segmental assembly technology, precast box girders, hydraulically powered automatic formwork removal and installation systems for box-girder internal molds, hydraulically powered automatic formwork removal and installation systems for box-girder external molds, and hydraulically powered self-propelled hanging baskets. Backed by robust R&D, the company adheres to stringent standards and rigorous quality control, establishing a state-of-the-art domestic production base for corrosion-resistant railway concrete components, including bearing embedded plates, anti-fall beam embedded plates, T-shaped steel, catenary pole embedded parts, anchor cable embedded parts, and sound (wind) barrier embedded parts.
The Group has participated in the construction of China’s first high-speed railway—the Beijing–Tianjin Intercity Railway—and has also contributed to major domestic rail transit projects, including the Wuhan–Guangzhou High-Speed Railway, Harbin–Dalian High-Speed Railway, Beijing–Shanghai High-Speed Railway, Lanzhou–Urumqi High-Speed Railway, Shijiazhuang–Jinan Passenger Dedicated Line, Shanghai–Hangzhou High-Speed Railway, Xi’an–Chengdu High-Speed Railway, Shangqiu–Hefei–Hangzhou High-Speed Railway, and the Beijing–Xiong’an Intercity Railway. Dongfeng Manufacturing has actively expanded into overseas markets, with its products now exported to dozens of countries and regions, including Yugoslavia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Libya, Ethiopia, and Venezuela, thereby making new contributions to the Belt and Road Initiative and to regional connectivity.
